Unframed Prints: 1-2 weeks
Stretched & Framed Prints: 2-3 weeks
Delivery: Every piece is crafted to order with the utmost care by our artisan printer and framer in Sydney, Australia. Each order is custom printed and rigorously inspected before dispatch to ensure exceptional quality. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks from Australia. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your door.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your order in real-time.
Shipping Services: We partner with top-tier carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Fine Art Shippers, and ArtPack. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and address changes or redirections are not possible once your package is in transit.
Returns on Damaged or Lost Artwork
In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, providing photos of the damage. Upon confirmation, we will either replace the edition at no additional cost or arrange a refund if a replacement is not possible.
For refunds, the damaged artwork and its Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) must be returned. We will arrange for a courier to collect the return, with the cost deducted from your refund. Please note, customs fees are non-refundable.
Ensure the painting is carefully repackaged to avoid further damage during return transit.
Customs
Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are responsible. These fees are not included in the sale price, and we have no control over or ability to predict their amount.

Stretched: Ready-to-Hang Canvas Enjoy the convenience of having your artwork arrive ready to display. Expertly stretched over 1.5-inch (~4cm) timber stretcher bars, the canvas features the artwork elegantly wrapping around the edges for a clean, modern finish. It comes with pre-installed wire for easy hanging.
Professionally Framed Canvas Your artwork will be professionally framed and ready to hang, offering a seamless and luxurious presentation. Choose from our exquisite framing options, including luxurious oak, elegant white, or classic black wooden frames. Our oak frames are crafted from natural Tasmanian Oak, available in a natural finish or with black or white accents that highlight the wood’s beautiful grain.
